The Harvard Museum of Natural History is a natural history museum on the grounds of Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts. This channel displays a variety of videos drawn from the research of the University's three natural history research museums: the Harvard University Herbaria, the Museum of Comparative Zoology, and the Harvard Mineralogical Museum. We hope these videos allow viewers to encounter the diversity of life on earth, from dinosaurs to fossil invertebrates and reptiles, to large mammals, birds and fish, glass sea creatures and flowers, forests, meteorites, minerals and gemstones.
